Digital Products, Subscriptions & Refund Policy

Last updated: 2 October 2026

Verivexa supplies downloadable digital products and subscriptions to its online platform.

This policy explains cancellation, refund and access arrangements for each. Please read it alongside the relevant product description, checkout information and Verivexa Terms of Service.

For assistance, contact support@verivexa.co.uk.

1. What You Are Purchasing

Downloadable products include ISO toolkits, templates, policies, procedures, registers, guidance and implementation resources. These are supplied electronically. No physical goods are shipped.

Platform subscriptions provide access to the Verivexa online workspace during the paid subscription period. They are recurring subscriptions, rather than one-time purchases of downloadable toolkit packages.

Downloadable toolkit packages are not included in a platform subscription unless the product description expressly states otherwise.

2. Immediate Supply of Downloadable Products

Downloadable products are designed to be supplied electronically following successful purchase.

Where you purchase as a consumer and request supply during the statutory cancellation period, we will ask you to:

  • Expressly consent to supply beginning immediately.

  • Acknowledge that you will lose the applicable statutory cancellation right once supply begins.

Where required, confirmation of this consent and acknowledgement will be included in the contract confirmation.

If these requirements have not been met, any applicable statutory cancellation right remains unaffected.

3. Change-of-Mind Refunds for Downloads

Once digital supply has begun following the required consent and acknowledgement, we do not normally offer change-of-mind refunds because you:

  • No longer require the resources.

  • Decide not to pursue certification.

  • Purchase the wrong package.

  • Engage a consultant instead.

  • Do not use the supplied resources.

  • Find alternative resources elsewhere.

This does not affect rights relating to faulty, incorrectly described or otherwise non-conforming digital content.

Please review the product description, included resources and compatibility requirements before purchasing. Contact support if you need help choosing a package.

4. Platform Subscription Billing

The subscription price, billing frequency and applicable taxes are displayed at checkout.

Unless the purchased subscription states otherwise, billing is monthly and renewal continues until cancelled.

Select a quantity of one for one organisation. Purchasing additional quantities does not automatically create additional organisation workspaces.

If you accidentally purchase more than one subscription or quantity, contact support promptly so we can review the order.

5. Cancelling Subscription Renewal

You can cancel renewal using the subscription management link supplied with your order or subscription emails.

If you cannot locate or use the link, contact support@verivexa.co.uk. Tell us clearly that you want to cancel renewal and include your order number and purchasing email address.

Cancelling renewal normally allows platform access to continue until the end of the period already paid for. Access then ends unless the subscription is renewed.

Cancellation of renewal does not automatically refund a payment already made. Any refund entitlement is considered separately under this policy and applicable law.

6. Consumer Cancellation Rights for Platform Subscriptions

If you purchase as a consumer, any applicable statutory cancellation rights remain available.

Where the statutory cooling-off period applies to your platform contract, you may cancel within 14 days after the contract is entered into. Tell us clearly that you wish to exercise your statutory cancellation right.

Activating an account or signing in does not, by itself, constitute agreement to waive that right.

Where you expressly request that a service starts during the cooling-off period, a proportionate charge for the service supplied before cancellation may apply only where the legal requirements for that charge have been met.

Where a refund is legally due, we will provide it within the applicable statutory deadline, normally using the original payment method without an additional refund fee.

These rights are separate from the option to cancel future subscription renewal.

7. Other Platform Refund Requests

Outside applicable statutory cancellation rights, we do not normally refund a paid subscription period solely because:

  • You have not used the platform.

  • Your organisation changes its plans.

  • You no longer wish to pursue certification.

  • You forget to cancel renewal before a payment is taken.

However, contact us if a payment was duplicated, taken in error, taken after an effective cancellation, or if you believe the service has not been supplied as agreed.

We will investigate the circumstances and provide any remedy required by law. We may also consider a discretionary refund where appropriate.

8. Duplicate or Accidental Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same product or subscription more than once, contact us as soon as possible.

We will review the order and, where a genuine duplicate or accidental additional quantity is confirmed, consider an appropriate refund.

Any statutory entitlement to a refund remains unaffected.

9. Download, Activation or Access Problems

If you have paid but cannot download your product or activate or access your platform account, contact support.

For activation emails, first check your spam or junk folder and confirm that the purchasing email address is correct.

Please provide:

  • Your name or organisation name.

  • Order number.

  • Email address used for purchase.

  • A brief description of the problem.

We will take reasonable steps to restore access or supply the purchased product or service. Where the issue gives rise to a statutory remedy, we will provide that remedy.

Do not send passwords, payment card details or other authentication secrets.

10. Faulty or Incorrect Products and Services

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.

If a downloadable product is faulty, incomplete, materially different from its description or otherwise fails to meet applicable legal requirements, contact us.

Where required by law, remedies may include repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund.

If the platform service has not been supplied as agreed or fails to meet applicable legal requirements, contact us so we can investigate. Remedies may include correcting the problem, repeat performance where applicable, a price reduction or a refund, depending on the circumstances and your legal rights.

11. Compatibility and Product Suitability

Before purchasing, check the file formats, software requirements and service features described on the product page.

Contact support if you are unsure whether a product or the platform is suitable for your requirements.

This does not remove your rights where a product or service fails to match its description or a purpose agreed with us.

12. ISO Certification

Verivexa provides implementation resources and management tools. Purchase or use does not guarantee ISO certification.

A refund is not normally provided solely because an organisation does not achieve certification.

This does not affect rights arising from a faulty product, a misleading description or a service that has not been supplied as agreed.

13. Records When a Subscription Ends

Before platform access ends, retain the records your organisation needs using the available download, print or export functions.

Contact support about records that cannot be retrieved through those functions.

Cancelling renewal does not itself request deletion of your organisation’s records. Data retention, deletion and backup arrangements are addressed separately in the applicable privacy and data processing information.

14. Business Purchases

Products and subscriptions purchased wholly or mainly for business purposes may have different statutory rights from consumer purchases.

Business purchases remain subject to the relevant product description, agreed terms and applicable law.

Nothing in this policy excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

15. How to Request Cancellation or a Refund

Email support@verivexa.co.uk with:

  • Your order number.

  • The purchasing email address.

  • The product or subscription concerned.

  • Whether you want to cancel renewal, exercise a statutory cancellation right, or request a refund.

  • A brief explanation, where relevant.

You do not need to provide a reason when exercising a statutory cooling-off cancellation right.

You may use the following wording, although using this form is optional:

To: Verivexa — support@verivexa.co.uk

I give notice that I wish to cancel my contract for:

Product or subscription:
Order number:
Ordered on:
Customer name:
Customer address:
Purchasing email address:

For statutory cancellation, send your notice before the applicable cancellation period expires.

16. Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or overrides rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

Where you purchase as a consumer, your statutory rights remain unaffected.
